Beatrice Dorley
Co-Founder
Beatrice Dorley brings over 20 years of experience working with the State of Rhode Island, where she serves in the fleet department, supporting the procurement of vehicles across multiple agencies. In addition, she has nearly 30 years of hands-on experience with the Trudeau Center, where she has worked closely with individuals in need of care and support.
Her commitment to service is deeply personal. After experiencing the challenges of coordinating transportation for her sister during a serious illness, Beatrice saw firsthand the gaps in reliable, compassionate transportation services. That experience became the foundation for her work today.
Driven by empathy and decades of experience in both fleet operations and caregiving environments, Beatrice is passionate about ensuring that every client is treated with dignity, respect, and timeliness. She is committed to building a service that prioritizes comfort, reliability, and individualized care for every person served.
Michael Neor
Co-Founder, Director
Michael Neor has over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, with a background that spans dementia care, hospital settings, residential care, and work with Bradley Hospital. His career has been rooted in supporting individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments.
Motivated by a strong desire to serve, Michael recognized a critical need for accessible and dependable transportation, especially for seniors and individuals without reliable access to vehicles. His vision is to create a service that not only fills that gap but does so with compassion and purpose.
Michael is driven by both impact and growth. He envisions expanding the business into a full-scale transportation service with a fleet capable of supporting a wide range of needs, from medical appointments to specialized transport. At the core of his work is a simple goal: to make everyday mobility easier and more accessible for those who need it most.
